Founder and President Rodney E. Stalley founded Stalley Associates Incorporated in 1978. Prior to establishing the consulting firm, he served in senior financial and management positions in corporations ranging from start-up and emerging companies to Fortune 500 firms, including:

• DRI Industries (mass mail marketing)
• Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (construction and auto products)
• Valle's Steak House (restaurant chain)
• Green Giant Company (consumer foods, restaurants, garden centers)
